1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of LINZHEN International (“we”, “us”, “our”), a trading company based in Ningbo, China, you (“Client”, “Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

LINZHEN provides product development, sourcing, OEM/ODM manufacturing, quality control, packaging and logistics coordination for brands, importers and retailers. We act as your sourcing partner in China and are not the manufacturer of any listed products unless explicitly stated.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on current raw material costs and exchange rates. A confirmed written order (PI) is required before production begins. 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation; the balance is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

4. Samples

Sample lead time is typically 7 days. Sample costs are quoted separately and are refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Custom samples with tooling or new moulds may require additional cost and lead time.

5. Quality and Inspection

We enforce AQL-based final inspection on every order. Pre-production, inline and loading inspections are available upon request. The Client has the right to appoint a third-party inspection team. Quality claims must be raised within 14 days of goods arrival with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

The Client retains all rights to their trademarks, designs and proprietary information. We will not disclose Client designs to third parties or produce the same products for other buyers without written permission. All client-owned tooling remains the Client’s property.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business terms, product specifications, pricing and client information confidential during and after the cooperation. We do not share your supplier or factory details with end customers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We support FOB, CIF, DAP and LCL/FCL terms. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production delays, port congestion or force majeure. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods leave our nominated warehouse.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost profit damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, port authorities, shipping lines, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; if unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the relevant authorities in Ningbo, China.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
