1. Shipping Options
LINZHEN supports FOB (Ningbo/Shanghai/Shenzhen), CIF, DAP and DDU terms. We ship by sea (FCL/LCL), air and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We help you choose the most cost-effective and reliable method based on volume, timeline and destination.
2. Lead Time
Sample lead time is typically 7 days. Bulk production lead time is 25–45 days after deposit confirmation and artwork approval, depending on product complexity. Peak season (Sept–Nov) may add 5–10 days.
3. Shipping Time by Destination
- US West Coast: 12–18 days (FCL), 25–35 days (LCL)
- US East Coast: 25–35 days (FCL), 35–45 days (LCL)
- EU (major ports): 28–38 days (FCL), 35–45 days (LCL)
- Express courier (DHL/FedEx): 4–7 business days worldwide
4. Tracking
Once goods are dispatched, we share the booking number, container number (for sea freight) or tracking number (for courier). You can track the shipment directly with the carrier or through us.
5. Customs and Duties
Buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, duties, taxes and any destination port fees unless agreed otherwise in writing. We provide commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin to smooth your clearance.
6. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, port congestion, customs inspections, carrier schedule changes or force majeure. We will keep you updated and help minimise impact on your schedule.
7. Damages in Transit
Insurance can be arranged upon request. Any damage claims must be filed with the carrier within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence. We assist in the claim process.
